10 min to build a max for the day.

Power Clean (Every 45 sec x 8 [email protected]% of 1RM)

Split Squat – take 50% of Back Squat 1RM for working number

WU x 10/10 leg at 40%

WU x 6/6 leg at 50%

Working sets: 3 x 6/6 leg at 75% – 4 sec negative
