A) 5 Sets Every 2 Minutes:
Power Clean + Clean + Push Jerk + Jerk + Clean
Start at 50% and focus on technique
B) 5 Sets every 2 Minutes:
Clean + 3 Front Squats (start where you finish A)
C) 3 Heavy Singles (rest 60-90s in between attempts)
