A) Barbell Warm Up:
Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + OHS + High Hang Snatch
B) 8 Sets every 2 Minutes:
Snatch High Pull + High Hang Power Snatch + High Hang Snatch + OHS
C) 5 Sets Every 2 Min
Pause Power Snatch + Pause Snatch (3s pause in the catch posititon)
