This program is tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their muscular strength and improve their functional fitness. Through a combination of progressive resistance training, compound movements, and focused muscle targeting, you'll experience gains in both strength and confidence. Our expert trainers will guide you through a balanced regimen that empowers you to push boundaries and unleash your true potential.

Are group classes not enough? Are you itching for competitions and a podium? We offer a competition class every Saturday morning where you will perform 2-3 workouts in 90 minutes, similar to a whole-day competition. If you can do it in 90 minutes, you can definitely do it spread over a day.
